Silent AuctionIf you'd like to contribute an item or a service to the silent auction, please let us know! Home-made goodies such as cakes or jam, collectibles, dance- and music-related items, clothing, books, and other — all welcome! We'll need a detailed description of the item or service, the name and contact information of the donor, and (if you wish) a minimum reserve bid. Please indicate the value of each item. We will contact you to confirm the inclusion of your item in the auction. Please make arrangements to bring your item to the site. If you are donating a service (an hour of yard work, for example), please write up a sheet describing what you are offering and bring it with you to the dance. The auction will close at 7.45 on Saturday night, so it would be ideal to have everyone bring their items in time for set-up on Friday evening, if possible.
